Idaho’s Kids Need You
Idaho is facing a growing youth mental health crisis, and the need has never been greater. Families are often left with limited options—and many of the most vulnerable youth are sent out of state for care. This fractures family bonds, increases trauma, and makes long-term healing harder to reach. Our Residential Center for Healing and Resilience is the first of its kind in Idaho. We are growing in capacity and impact and keeping more of our kids home.
That’s why we need you.
At Idaho Youth Ranch, we are building a future where kids in crisis can heal right here at home—surrounded by care, compassion, and clinical excellence.
If you're passionate about helping kids reclaim their stories, we are ready to welcome you to a one-of-a-kind facility that will define trauma care in Idaho for generations to come.

I love helping my clients reach their goals and seeing their growth and change through the process. This work is meaningful and rewarding.
