In this role, you will provide essential counseling services and support to vulnerable individuals and families across the state. Our therapists work in diverse environments, including our residential treatment facility and outpatient therapy centers, providing both in-person and telemental health services.

Supervised Therapist
Therapists who have completed their master's degree but need to complete 3,000 hours of supervised therapy to obtain licensure.

Licensed Therapist
Work directly with youth and families in individual, group, or family settings for outpatient therapy or residential care.

Clinical Supervisor
Oversees clinical practices, mentors junior staff, and provides advanced therapeutic services, embodying a pivotal role in enhancing client care and guiding team development.

Clinical Director
Oversees therapist training, ensures professional standards, and manages clinical operations, crucial for maintaining care quality and team growth.

Individual Therapy
One-on-one counseling sessions provide a safe, supportive space for youth to process emotions, develop coping skills, and work towards personal goals. Techniques include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities.Family Therapy
Sessions engage the whole family system to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Therapists help families develop new patterns of interaction and address the impact of a youth's challenges on the entire family.Group Therapy
Therapist-facilitated groups allow youth to connect with peers facing similar challenges, practice social skills, and learn from each other's experiences. Groups may be organized around specific themes like anger management, grief and loss, or other topics.Trauma-Focused Therapies
Specialized approaches like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help youth heal from traumatic experiences and develop resilience.EAGALA Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
Incorporates horses into the therapeutic process to facilitate emotional growth, improve self-awareness, and develop trust and relationship skills.Collaborative Problem Solving
CPS is a cognitive-behavioral approach that teaches youth and caregivers to collaboratively resolve problems, handle challenging behaviors, and build positive relationships. CPS emphasizes empathy, understanding, and mutually satisfactory solutions.Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
Therapist-facilitated groups allow youth to connect with A crisis prevention and intervention model that equips therapists and staff with skills to de-escalate crises, maintain safety, and help youth develop coping strategies.
