At this critical time, when mental health is so important; Idaho Youth Ranch is committed to serving our clients with as little interruption to therapy as possible while still being mindful of the health and safety of our counselor and those we serve.  We are still accepting new clients.

 


 

Outpatient Therapy
  • When youth arrive for therapy they are instructed to wash and sanitize their hands
  • Therapists wash hands thoroughly between client visits
  • Therapy rooms are wiped down after every session
  • Therapists and youth always maintain CDC recommended social distancing
  • Parents & families are asked to remain in the car during therapy sessions

 

 

Hays House
  • No outside visitors are being allowed.
  • Staff & kids temperatures are being checked when they arrive at Hays
  • Staff & kids are instructed to wash hands upon arrival
  • CDC recommended social distancing is kept in place at meals
  • Counters, tables, and other surfaces are being regularly sanitized
  • Parent & caseworker visits are being conducted via video

 

 

Thrift Stores
  • In accordance with the Governor’s stay at home order issued on March 25th, all Idaho Youth Ranch thrift stores and donation centers are now closed until further notice.  Please do not leave any donations outside the stores while the stores are closed.
