Hillary Titus
Adoptions Program Supervisor, Coeur d'Alene
For the past 20 years, Hillary has dedicated her career to working with children, individuals with special needs, and families. Growing up in a family that fostered multiple children, Hillary witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by children in need of adoption. These experiences deeply influenced her commitment to supporting those within the foster system and families seeking to adopt, especially as she has navigated her own personal loss.
Hillary earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Idaho in 2013. Following graduation, she served as a case manager for three years, working closely with the foster care system, adoptees, and the court process. In 2016, she joined Frontier Behavioral Health’s crisis department, where she supported children, teens, adults, and families through complex crises and trauma. In 2021, Hillary stepped away to care for her own children, one of whom has disabilities. This experience strengthened her advocacy for families and children with disabilities. She continued her work in the education sector with the Post Falls School District in 2022 and 2023, gaining valuable hands-on experience with teens. In 2023, Hillary joined Idaho Youth Ranch, where she quickly advanced through several roles—from program assistant to intake and referral coordinator, and ultimately, to Adoptions Program Supervisor.
Hillary is passionate about her work in the IYR adoption program. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with families, guiding them through the complex adoption process, and serving as a dedicated advocate when needed.
