As the Retail Support Assistant you will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail and maintains and routes both internal and external communication
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
Generates signage and materials
Sets up and coordinates meetings, company cars, AV materials and training rooms
Reconciles and codes various bills, credit cards, accounts, petty cash, etc.
Arranges and makes notifications of appointments and travel reservations, secures meetings rooms and coordinates any special meeting requirements.
Orders, receives, stocks, and distributes office supplies and first aid items
Assists with special projects such as preparing for Board of Director meetings, catering meals and other related items.
High school degree or equivalent required
2 years prior experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
