We are looking for a new Clinical Supervisor of our Treasure Valley out-patient therapy program.
We are looking for a creative and dynamic leader who can guide therapists in their work that includes clients in our residential programs, privately referred clients, and contract services.

Change kids’ lives by directing the work of therapists and case managers to maintain program operations that are consistent with the model(s) and standards chosen to reflect agency mission and values
Change kids’ lives by collaborating with the Intake and Referral Coordinator on the assignment of cases and assisting therapists and case managers in managing caseloads
Change kids’ lives by developing and monitoring Professional Development Plans and evaluations
Change kids’ lives by coordinating with other department programs to ensure clinical and case management services are effectively delivered
Change kids’ lives by working closely with and supporting the efforts of our extended team of staff in the delivery of services. Idaho Youth Ranch is a community resource, a safe place for kids, a thrift store (or 29) and fundraising organization. We need someone with an “all for one and one for all” attitude. Must Haves (& Preferred)
Master’s degree in social services field required
5 years demonstrated management experience required
Current license in their field of study required (LCPC or LCSW) with the certification to supervise clinical hours
1 year experience developing and managing budgets preferred
Our Program Manager has a fun job and with a lot of dynamics. The ideal candidate for the job will have sound management experience and a great track record.
Physical Requirements, Mental, Equipment & Working Conditions Elements:
Normally scheduled to work the day shift, but work will include late afternoon/evening times when client family is available, including weekends. Must be able to respond to crises at any time of the day or night.
May be required to attend an occasional organizational meeting or training sessions that requires overnight travel and that may last for several days approximately 15% of the time.
Requires periodic travel
Incumbent may work outdoors and around large animals
Incumbent may be required to stand for long periods of time or may sit for long periods of time in a temperature controlled environment
Incumbent may sit for periods of time in client’s home where they may be exposed to poor living conditions and allergens such as animal dander, smoke, dust, etc.
