The Idaho Youth Ranch provides affordable medical insurance coverage to employees and their families, currently provided through Regence Blue Shield. Idaho Youth Ranch pays a portion of the cost for this coverage.

Through the Idaho Youth Ranch 401(k) Retirement Plan, employees have the option of investing a percentage of their salary, tax-deferred, toward their retirement. Plan participants can choose from a broad variety of investment options and the Idaho Youth Ranch matches a percentage of employee contributions.
