You’ve got passion. You want to make a difference and have a soft spot for kids. You get excited about the possibility of having a real impact and working closely with a committed team to create something transformative. You see what’s possible and don’t let obstacles deter you. You like to get focused on a vision and work diligently to achieve it. Your passion is evident in your interactions. You like to have fun.

      You’re an expert communicator

You get to the essence of things and get a charge out of seeing how few words you can use to convey a beautiful, elegant and compelling message. You pick up quickly on the tone of the Idaho Youth Ranch and make it your own. You can make the complicated simple by weaving the story that engages. You prefer working with others and are inspired to be part of something big. You’re equally comfortable and proficient working in traditional and digital channels.

You like a challenge and enjoy a dynamic environment

You see something that can be improved, and you don’t wait for permission to take it on. You have a strong desire to position the Idaho Youth Ranch as the charity of choice in Idaho. You’re a strategic thinker, but enjoy the details and making them come to life. Your energy and enthusiasm attracts others as co-collaborators.

      You’re a pro

You’ve been around the block (at least once) and you know the ins and outs. You understand the power of relationships, the value of persistence, the reward of professionalism, the fun of discovery and the inevitability of change. You’re not afraid of gray. Black and white are overrated. You know how the media works and how to maneuver in this world.

      You get stuff done

You feel best when you can look back and know you met a high standard of excellence. You can handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. You know your job, but aren’t afraid to ask questions and get input. You’re interested in learning from others, expanding your skills and experience and contributing to others’ growth.
